Dr. Jillian Ney is the UK's first Dr. of Social Media, a Digital Behavioural Scientist, speaker, and author. In 2016, Jillian launched DRJN, a social data, and behavioural science consultancy. Brands that Jillian has worked with include Manchester City Football Club, Vanquis Bank, and Huawei. Jillian has also spoken at various industry events including Social Media Week and Spredfast's Smart Social London.
